New tile flooring was installed in high-traffic areas, while carpeting was used in office spaces to add warmth and acoustic benefits. Comprehensive upgrades were made to mechanical systems, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and fire suppression systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with building codes. Close collaboration with Langendorf ensured that the buildout aligned perfectly with their operational needs and aesthetic preferences.
